What to do if your shoes pinch your toes

What to do if your shoes pinch your toes

Some people may get their toes pinched by their shoes if they are not careful when wearing them, which will make them feel very painful. Therefore, they need to find a way to improve the situation. At this time, they should give their toes enough rest and have a massage. These are all to make the blood circulation in the toes more perfect and avoid blood stasis.

If you don't take good care of your feet, you are prone to various diseases. Since the toes are farthest from the heart, some people's hypertension is caused by microcirculation disorders in the toes or ankle joints, and even colds start from the feet. The Yongquan point on the sole of the foot can both expel foul air into the ground and absorb fresh air from the ground.

It is rare for people to consciously move their toes. Therefore, many diseases are caused by lack of toe activity, such as pain in both feet, toe numbness, sweating, corns, calluses, heel pain, heel cracks, phlebitis, varicose veins, etc.

The exercise method is as follows:

1. Stand one leg independently, lift the other leg and let the calf hang naturally. With the ankle joint as the axis, lift your toes upward, leading the foot to lift upward at the same time, then press down, and return upward once. Repeat this movement 16 times. Then change to the other leg and lift the other leg up. Repeat the above steps for the same number of times or do more times with the left leg.

2. Switch to the other leg and stand independent. Lift the other leg and let the calf hang naturally. Using the ankle joint as the axis, turn the foot inward to kick the shuttlecock, then turn outward, and return to turning inward. This counts as one time. Repeat this movement 16 times.

3. Using the ankle joint as the axis, use your foot to rotate the foot inward 16 times.

4. Perform the same action as above, but change the direction to rotate outward. Once your independent stability is enhanced, you can do the first and second movements together. As you practice independent movements, your stability will increase, and you can then do three or four movements in a row. As stability increases, you can also add forward pedaling or split pedaling.

5. Choose shoes or insoles with scientific arch design so that the arch can be stressed at three points, reducing the reaction force from the ground from the human body, thus giving the toes a comfortable growth space.

Human toes play a physiological role that is no less important than our hands and are of considerable importance in the study of evolution. Most modern people's feet can only be used for walking, and the toes are only used to stabilize the pace while walking. But physiologically, the function of toes is not fixed. They can perform simple movements or informally and slightly replace some of the functions of the hands. The structure of the big toe of the human foot is independent of the other toes. It is the soul part of the foot and the center of gravity of the foot. Therefore, as long as it can cooperate with the index toe (the second toe), it can make movements similar to those of the hand.

The toes are not structurally conducive to gripping, but there are exceptions in certain circumstances. People who have lost both hands can develop the functions of their toes into those of their hands through training.

The sense of touch between the big toe and the index toe is quite keen, and they can react by grasping as long as they are touched. If the toes are long enough, their function may not be inferior to that of the hands.
