The patient lies in the supine position: use one finger to push and massage the epigastric area for about 6 minutes; press and knead Zhongwan, Qihai, Tianshu, and Zusanli for one minute each; from Shangwan to Qihai, push back and forth with the thumb 5 to 6 times.

The patient lies prone: Use one finger to push along the bladder meridian on both sides of the spine on the back to the Sanjiao point, back and forth 4 to 5 times; press and knead the liver point, spleen point, stomach point, Sanjiao point, and large intestine point for one minute each.

With the patient sitting: take the Jianjing point and follow the elbow down to give stronger stimulation to the Shousanli, Neiguan, Hegu and other acupoints; rub the shoulders and arms; rub both sides of the ribs from top to bottom, back and forth 5 to 6 times.
