The fastest way to disperse blood stasis

In our lives, trauma is inevitable. Sometimes bumps and bruises are particularly easy to leave bruises on the skin. These bruises will make patients feel pain, so it is necessary to use some blood circulation and stasis-dispersing medicines in time. You can use some safflower oil, or use cold or hot compresses with towels to quickly eliminate bruises. So what is the fastest way to eliminate bruises?

1. Apply safflower oil and apply hot compress with a hot towel. . 2. The following materials can be used for cold compress: ice towel, soak the towel in ice water, and change it every ten minutes to keep it cold; ice cubes, fill a plastic bag with two-thirds of ice cubes, squeeze out excess air with both hands, tie it tightly and wrap it with a towel and use it; frozen vegetables, if there are no ice cubes, you can also use frozen peas or frozen tri-color vegetables in the freezer, wrap them with a towel and use them for ice compress.

If you have bruises on your face, you can also use boiled eggs to disperse the bruises. Gently rub the bruises on your face.

There are two common methods of cold compress: dry and wet:

1. Dry cold compress. Fill a rubber ice bag or rubber gloves or other substitutes with half a bag of crushed ice, ice water or cold water, tie the bag tightly, and then use a towel, cloth cover, etc. to separate the ice bag from the skin. The interval between cold compresses is generally 1-2 hours, with each application lasting 20 minutes, and can be effective multiple times a day.

2. Wet cold compress. Soak two small towels or gauze in a basin of cold water. If there is ice, put ice cubes in it. If there is no ice, use freshly drawn well water. Take them out one by one, wring them out until half dry, and then apply them to the affected area. Change the compress every 4 to 5 minutes, apply for 20 to 30 minutes each time, and can be applied multiple times a day. If the injured hand or foot, you can also soak the injured hand or foot directly in cold water, no more than 15 minutes each time.

There are two common methods of hot compress: "dry" and "wet":

1. Dry heat compress. This is the method of hot compress with a hot water bag: fill 2/3 of the hot water bag with hot water at 60 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, expel the gas, and tighten the bag mouth (be careful not to leak). Put the hot water bottle into a cloth cover or wrap it in cloth and apply to the affected area. Generally, apply hot compress for 20 to 30 minutes each time, 3 to 4 times a day. If you don't have a hot water bottle, you can also use a metal kettle (make sure to wrap it in a towel), or put heated salt, rice, or sand into a cloth bag instead.

2. Moist heat compress. Soak two small towels or gauze in a basin of hot water in advance, take them out one by one and wring them until half dry, and use the palm of your wrist to test whether the temperature is appropriate (it must not be hot before applying to the affected area), and cover them with a cotton pad to prevent heat loss. Change them every 5 minutes, for a total of 20 to 30 minutes. It can be applied 3 to 4 times a day.

Applying cold and hot compresses at the right time is indeed a simple, easy, quick and efficient physical therapy measure for local injuries. However, whether it is cold compress or hot compress, there are some taboos that need to be paid attention to. When blisters form on the injured area or there is damage to form an "open wound", cold compress is not suitable; cold compress should also be used with caution for people who are particularly sensitive to low temperatures or have cardiovascular diseases; hot compress is not suitable for patients with infection and fever, undiagnosed acute abdomen, facial triangle infection, or suspected internal bleeding; hot compress is also not suitable for the early stages of soft tissue contusion or joint sprain, skin eczema, bacterial conjunctivitis, etc.
