Sequelae of head impact

In life, everyone must protect their heads, because concussion is likely to occur after a strong impact on the head, and concussion can have a great impact on a person's daily life. Many people have developed a series of medical problems and even threatened their lives due to improper diagnosis and treatment of concussion. So if a person gets hit on the head, what are the consequences?

1. Sequelae of head impact

It may cause traumatic brain syndrome. Post-traumatic syndrome is a group of autonomic dysfunction or mental symptoms that persist for a long time in patients with brain trauma after the recovery period. These include headaches, nervousness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, memory problems, dizziness, insomnia, fatigue and other symptoms. Neurological examinations were unremarkable and neuroradiological examinations were unremarkable.

1. It depends on where on the head the collision occurs. If it is on the forehead, it is generally fine. If it is the back of the brain, there may be sequelae. If it is the temple, it may be life-threatening.

2. It also depends on the severity of the collision and what hit it. It is recommended to get it checked. If your head hits the wall only slightly, there will be no sequelae. However, if the impact is severe and causes a concussion or even worse, there is a possibility of sequelae.
