Symptoms and treatment of bile reflux_What are the symptoms of bile reflux

Bile reflux is one of the typical symptoms of stomach inflammation. If bile refluxes, people will feel abdominal pain, and many will also have obvious abdominal bloating, so patients generally do not want to eat. Bile reflux not only affects people's stomach, but also affects the human heart. Patients will also experience heartburn and heart pain. So, what are the symptoms and treatment of bile reflux?

When bile reflux gastritis occurs, the patient may feel abdominal distension, which is also one of the main symptoms of bile reflux gastritis. The specific manifestation is that the patient feels abdominal fullness and discomfort, and sometimes feels a persistent burning sensation in the upper abdomen. Some patients may also feel sternum pain after the onset of the disease.

Some patients with bile reflux gastritis will feel heartburn after the onset of the disease, and the burning sensation is particularly severe. Some patients even feel a burning sensation in the esophagus because of this disease. They may also often have abdominal bloating, acid reflux, nausea, and frequent vomiting.

After bile reflux gastritis occurs, some people may experience more severe gastric bleeding. At the same time, if the patient has symptoms of gastric bleeding, it means that bile reflux gastritis has become very serious. At this time, the patient's stool may appear black and may vomit blood.

Some patients may experience difficulty in defecation or intestinal rumbling symptoms, while others may experience loss of appetite, weight loss, and severe gastric bleeding.

To treat bile reflux gastritis, you can choose drugs that promote gastric motility, such as metoclopramide, peridone, and mosapride. If metoclopramide is chosen for treatment, it can act on the gastrointestinal central nervous system and has a good antiemetic effect.

Domperidone can significantly promote gastric emptying in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. If mosapride is used to treat bile reflux gastritis, it also has the effect of promoting gastric emptying. Sometimes bile salt drugs are also used in treatment. These types of drugs can reduce the damage of bile salts to the gastric mucosa.

Note:

Gastric acid inhibitors are also often used in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. The treatment with this drug mainly inhibits gastric acid, thereby reducing irritation to the gastric mucosa. Surgery is sometimes necessary for severe bile reflux gastritis.
