Dizzy and eyes tight?

Symptoms such as dizziness and tight eyes are generally caused by low blood pressure or insufficient blood supply to the brain, but it may also be caused by cardiovascular disease. It is best not to take medication blindly. Go to a regular professional hospital for examination as soon as possible. After finding out the cause, then treat it symptomatically. You must pay more attention to rest, keep a good mood, and try to eat light food.

What to do if you have low blood pressure

From a medical point of view, low blood pressure is not anemia. The so-called hypotension refers to the systolic pressure (commonly known as high pressure) of arterial blood pressure being lower than 12 kPa and the diastolic pressure (commonly known as low pressure) being lower than 8 kPa. Normal blood pressure for adults is below 90/60 mmHg, and for the elderly it is below 100/70 mmHg, also known as hypotension.

If you suffer from low blood pressure, you should start paying attention to changes in your body and change your eating habits and daily routine to normal. You should also participate in more physical exercise, strengthen your physical fitness, increase nutrition, drink more water, eat more soups, and consume slightly more salt than ordinary people every day. Severe cases are accompanied by obvious symptoms and must go to the hospital for further examination and active treatment. Patients with hypotension can consider alpha receptor agonists, which have the function of regulating vascular tension, can increase peripheral arterial and venous resistance, prevent large amounts of blood stasis in the lower limbs, and can constrict arterial blood vessels, thereby raising blood pressure and increasing blood supply to important organs such as the brain and heart, and improving symptoms of hypotension such as dizziness, fatigue, and easy fatigue. Patients can also take some drugs to treat hypotension, such as ephedrine, dihydroergotamine, fludrocortisone, etc. The traditional Chinese medicine Jin Kui Shen Qi, Liuwei Dihuang, and licorice are single herbs that have been confirmed to treat hypotension. When people experience symptoms of low blood pressure, it is best to go to the neurology department of a hospital and receive treatment under the guidance of a doctor.

What should young people do if they suffer from low blood pressure?

First of all, it is recommended that all young people go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination. Among patients with low blood pressure, constitutional and postural low blood pressure are the most common. However, these two types of low blood pressure are not necessarily manifestations of the disease. If no other abnormalities are found during the hospital examination, there is no need to worry. However, patients should actively participate in physical activities and relax their body and mind to enhance the stability of their physical fitness and neurological function. In addition, patients can also choose the following two prescriptions for treatment as appropriate: 1. Take 10 grams each of licorice and cinnamon twig, 1 dose per day, soak in water and drink as tea. This prescription is suitable for people who are weak, dizzy and weak. It is contraindicated for those with blood deficiency and heat. 2. Take 12g each of Schisandra chinensis and licorice and 15g of Poria cocos, one dose per day, brew as tea.

Steam it in a pot and eat the meat and drink the soup. Eat it once every half a month for two months. 2. Remove the core of 15 red dates, 150 grams of chestnuts, and 1 clean chicken. Cut the chicken into pieces, stir-fry over high heat, add seasoning, cook until 80% cooked, then add red dates and chestnuts and simmer until cooked. 3. 1 crucian carp, 60 grams of glutinous rice. Wash the fish (do not remove the scales) and cook it with glutinous rice into porridge. Eat it twice a week for two months.
