The efficacy of Gu wine

The efficacy of Gu wine

People who like to drink must know that there are many types of alcohol, such as beer, white wine, red wine and so on. Chinese people usually like to drink more liquor, because it is brewed from grains and is good for health. Drinking some liquor appropriately can promote blood circulation in the body. Grain wine should also be a kind of wine brewed from grains, and the raw materials should be cereals and grains. So what are the effects of Gu wine?

1. What is Gujiu?

Gujiu is an ancient traditional liquor in my country. It is made from rice as raw material, with purebred Xiaoqu or traditional yeast as saccharification and fermentation agents. It is made by cultivating bacteria, saccharification, fermentation in a vat, and then distillation.

2. The efficacy of Gu wine

This type of wine is brewed by farmers themselves, mostly with whole grains. It is a healthy drink. It also has the effects of relaxing muscles and activating blood circulation. Drinking it in moderation is good for the body.

3. What is the difference between Gujiu and Baijiu?

Qujiu and gaoliangjiu are both white liquors; Gujiu generally refers to rice wine. Baijiu is an alcoholic beverage made from sorghum, wheat, rice, corn, etc. as raw materials, with Daqu and Xiaoqu as saccharifying and fermenting agents, and through a process of crushing, steaming, fermentation, distillation, storage, and blending. There are many ways to classify liquor. Single-grain liquor refers to liquor brewed with only one kind of grain, mostly sorghum, which is sorghum liquor. Because the fermentation agent used in its production process is Daqu, Xiaoqu or other bran qu, it is also called Qujiu. Grain wine is generally a low-alcohol, colored beverage made from rice, glutinous rice and yeast.

White wine is colorless, has a higher alcohol content, and is dry, spicy, and pungent; grain wine is generally yellow, red, or brown (the difference is whether the raw materials are fried or not), has a lower alcohol content, and a light taste.

4. Taste of Gu Liquor

Its fragrance is elegant when it smells, rich after drinking, with a unique aftertaste. Its taste is mellow, sweet and soft in the mouth, with a long taste. The aroma and flavor substances in the wine are coordinated. It does not make your mouth dry or dizzy when you drink it. The aroma bursts out, filling the room. The aftertaste is just right, the fragrance is pleasant, and you have a relaxed and happy feeling.
