3. If the baby has eaten beans or something like that, you should let the baby tilt his head to allow the foreign object to fall out due to gravity. Never rinse with water, because the beans will swell when exposed to water and irritate the skin of the external auditory canal, causing inflammation and infection, and sometimes severe pain.
