How to make rose hydrosol

I don't know if you have ever drunk rose water in your life. Rose water extracts all the essence of roses, and when making rose water, a lot of roses are needed to extract the essence, and the extraction process is time-consuming. However, there are indeed many ways to make rose water, so you can choose the simplest one. So what are the methods of making rose water?

Generally speaking, the best flowering season for roses is in May, with slight differences in different regions. Generally speaking, the flowers must be picked no later than nine in the morning, that is, they must be picked before the buds fully open. Rose water is then produced through distillation or other process methods.

●Production volume: 50 ml (can be used for 10 days). It can be stored in a snow box for about 1 month.

●Ingredients: 100 grams of rose flowers (about 9 to 10 flowers of average size). 100 ml of mineral water (about one fifth of a 500 ml kettle). The ratio of flowers to water is about 1:1.

●Preparation method: Pick the rose flowers, wash them, drain the water, place them in a clay pot or ceramic container, cook over low heat, stir with a stirrer and observe while cooking, and turn off the heat before boiling.

●After cooling, move to another container, cover with plastic wrap, and leave at room temperature for 2 days. Allow the flower's ingredients to fully extract.

●Filter out the flowers to make rose water. With the above amount, you can make about 50 ml of water, which will become brown water when using pink flowers. When using bright red flowers, make red water. Any color of rose flowers will work, but be careful not to get darker colors on your clothes. If you don't have fresh roses, you can make rose water from dried roses.

Precautions for using rose skin water: Patients with allergic skin and those who are undergoing treatment should continue to use medication. Use rose water as a skin cleanser. It can be used when the skin is itchy to suppress itching.

People with allergic skin have very sensitive skin. If they feel uncomfortable after using rose water, they should not use it. Not only roses, but many plant spices have the effect of "regulating menstruation", so it is best not to use rose water in the early stages of pregnancy (about 4 months).

.Rose water is very safe, but everyone's skin is different, so test it on your own skin before you start using it.
