How to quickly peel a mango with your hands

How to quickly peel a mango with your hands

I believe that many people will encounter the phenomenon of getting mango juice on their hands when eating mangoes, so some people are reluctant to eat mangoes even if they like eating mangoes very much, because they think eating mangoes is a very troublesome thing. Most people do not know how to cut mangoes when eating them. In fact, there are many ways to eat mangoes. You can peel off the skin before eating. So how do you quickly peel a mango with your hands?

First, take a large mango, wash it, and use a fruit knife to cut a circle horizontally in the middle of the mango.

Second, use a fruit knife to cut it in the middle vertically, as shown in the following figure:

Third, similarly, make a cut on the back at the same symmetrical place.

Fourth, use a toothpick to pick open the mango skin on the left side at the scratch.

Fifth, do the same thing and use a toothpick to peel the mango on the right side.

Sixth, do the same on the back. Use a toothpick to pick open the left side first, then the right side, and then use both hands to peel off the mango skin.

Seventh, use both hands to slowly peel off the mango skin, peeling off the front and back sides at the same time. Slowly, this half of the skin will be completely removed. This will make it very convenient to eat, and it won’t dirty your hands and there will be no waste. Do the same with your other half.

Preparation tools: mango, fork and gas stove

Put the fork into the middle part of one side of the mango head, and make sure it is firm and can't be shaken when you pick it up.

Turn on the gas to high heat and suspend the mango over the fire for 10-20 seconds. The mango should not touch the stove top, only the flame.

Then turn the mango over and grill the other side for 10-20 seconds, trying to heat it evenly. When the mango is baked, you can touch it with your hand and it should be warm or a little hot.

After removing from the fire, quickly use a knife to cut a few vertical slits in the mango to make it easier to tear off the skin. Divide a mango into four even strips.

Finally, you can easily tear off the thin mango skin along the cut.

You don’t need to take off the fork, just hold it and eat it, which is convenient and clean. The mango skin can be peeled all the way to the bottom.

I also tried the unheated, fully cooked kind, and found that it could be peeled, but there was a lot of thick flesh stuck to the skin, and the skin that had not been burned was thin.
