Practice control. The first is the technique of the limbs, such as bending the elbows slightly so that the power can be fully stored in the body instead of being released. Then comes muscle strengthening. Finally, use your heart and emotions to express your understanding, thoughts and dance itself through music or dance.

You can increase arm and midsection strength by doing sit-ups and push-ups. Strengthen the muscles of the arms, abdomen and thighs because they are the three most important parts. The method is very simple, just spend 5 to 10 minutes every day practicing sit-ups, push-ups and weighted squats, and the number of times can be between 15 and 25.

How to adjust tension and strength. Between tension and force, tension is more important. The greater the tension, the more the force will be affected; conversely, the greater the force, the weaker the tension will be. The method is to strengthen muscle quality and practice more sit-ups and push-ups. Improving the control of the limbs can also make it possible for tension and strength to exist at the same time.

How to spin steadily and more often? To spin steadily, you must practice standing on half tiptoe. Choose a supporting leg that you feel is relatively stable for spinning.

When resting, let it stand in half-toe position, with the other leg's knee bent and the inner side of the toe close to the inner side of the supporting knee. The upper body should be straightened, the chest and abdomen should be tightened, the shoulders should be relaxed, and the chin should be slightly raised. The longer you hold this position, the better, to practice controlling your center of gravity and toes.

Slowly, turning in circles will become easy for you! The supporting leg should be kept upright. You can also turn with bent legs, but we should practice straight legs first. After you have mastered the center of gravity, any circle will be a piece of cake. When turning in circles, you should pay attention to "keeping your head and shaking your head". For tall students, if you want to have a low center of gravity, you need to be flexible with your knees. Updown is a good choice!

Practice body coordination. The reason for the body's lack of coordination is that the body has no sense of dance and is not accustomed to the rhythm of dance. This is normal because you have never danced before. For beginners, the movements will be simpler and the music will be more moderate. Secondly, be bold to dance, don’t be shy.

Ligament problems. The ligaments need to be stretched every day to loosen them. If you have not been practicing since childhood, you should stretch and kick your legs every day to loosen up the ligaments. If you miss a day, the ligament will become soft again. Ligaments are actually secondary to street dance, they are just to allow your body to stretch more thoroughly.
