Is there a connection between bacteria and dust?

Dust is a substance that can be seen everywhere in our lives. It also easily floats in the air. Dust also contains a certain amount of bacteria, but this bacteria does not endanger your health. However, people with weak bodies or poor resistance will easily get sick. You should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the air and the cleanliness of the room to reduce bacteria.

Is there a connection between bacteria and dust?

Dust is finely dried and powdered soil or other material particles; something that has been reduced to fine parts; fine powder. Therefore, strictly speaking, dust is "clean", of course, it refers to the laboratory environment.

In real life, dust often contains a large number of bacteria, and the same mass of dust contains different amounts of bacteria in different environments. The biggest impact of dust is that it carries many bacteria, viruses and insect eggs flying everywhere, spreading diseases.

Air sterilization and disinfection

Air sterilization and disinfection refers to the disinfection of microorganisms and bacteria in the air. The bactericidal disinfectant has the functions of sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying the air, with an instant sterilization rate of 99.999%, effectively eliminating and preventing various diseases, while keeping the air in a constant natural fragrance; it can maintain the sterilization and disinfection effects for a long time and efficiently, has great application flexibility, and is almost unaffected by temperature and light. When the temperature is high, its antivirus ability is even enhanced; it is purely ecological, safe, and environmentally friendly. The products after decomposition are water and oxygen, which are harmless to humans and animals, and have no residue or corrosiveness; the two basic ingredients, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and colloidal silver ions, work together to improve the sterilization effect more quickly and concentratedly; it can be used for air sterilization in GMP workshops, and can replace ozone and formaldehyde fumigation.

GMP Application

GMP Air Sterilization and Disinfection

In the process of drug production, air disinfection in GMP workshop is often the most important step. The traditional methods are ultraviolet disinfection, ozone disinfection, formaldehyde fumigation, Novo fumigation, etc. At present, the main problems of most pharmaceutical companies are incomplete disinfection or secondary pollution. Therefore, if it is used in occasions with low requirements such as transfer windows, ozone or ultraviolet disinfection can achieve the desired effect. The "Technical Specifications for Disinfection" describes in detail that if the surface of an object or the air is immersed in ozone gas for a period of time, the bacteria on the surface and in the air can be killed. However, the spores cannot be completely killed.

Application of UV in GMP

Ultraviolet rays kill bacteria by radiating light waves. Light waves propagate in a straight line, and their irradiation intensity is inversely proportional to the square of the distance. It will only have a sterilization effect if the irradiated location meets the irradiation standard. And the sterilization ability of all ultraviolet rays weakens with the increase of usage time. The main problems with ultraviolet sterilization are: it has low penetrating power and has poor disinfection effect in places where ultraviolet rays cannot reach; its antivirus ability decreases with the increase of usage time, and the lamp life is short, replacement is too frequent, and the operating cost is high.

Application of ozone in GMP

Ozone sterilization has a strong medicinal smell which cannot be discharged naturally. The air conditioner needs to replace the fresh air for a long time, which increases energy consumption. At the same time, there is also the problem of secondary pollution. The fumigation time is long and there are secondary pollutants, which are harmful to the human body.

Application of Formaldehyde Fumigation in GMP

Formaldehyde fumigation sterilization also has a strong medicinal smell that cannot be discharged naturally. The air conditioner needs to replace the fresh air for a long time, which increases energy consumption. At the same time, there is also the problem of secondary pollution. The fumigation time is long and there are secondary pollutants, which cause great harm to the human body, and the investment cost is relatively high.

Application of NovoFungicide Fumigation in GMP

Higher diffusivity: Novo can be converted into gas, with good diffusivity, no dead angle and uniform concentration distribution.

Strong bactericidal ability: Novo’s bactericidal ability is higher than that of ozone and peracetic acid, and even higher than other disinfectants.

Broad spectrum: suitable for a variety of pathogenic microorganisms, and has a good killing effect on Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, hepatitis A and B bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms.

Easy to use: Nofu fungicide is used with special equipment to spray directly on wine, which is very simple and convenient to use.

Environmental protection: Novo can be quickly decomposed into oxygen and water, so there is no problem of secondary pollution. It is recognized as a green disinfectant.

Application of dynamic sterilization technology in GMP

Since dynamic sterilization technology is harmless to the human body, its application in GMP has been properly reflected. The use of NICOLER sterilization technology in food factories has become increasingly common in recent years.

Application space: NICOLER sterilization technology has a wide range of application spaces and can be used in different types and sizes of spaces according to different requirements.

Sterilization ability: strong, can kill most common microorganisms in the air
