Sheep lungs and sheep lung tubes that have poor color, bad smell, or have been frozen should not be used. The primary processing is to take a whole sheep lung, insert its lung tube into the tap, and continuously rinse it with running water and rub it with hands until the mucus and blood inside and outside the sheep lung are washed away, and rinse until the sheep lung becomes white and refreshed.
