Our internal organs are not a whole. The structure inside is very complex. It is composed of lung cells, nerve functions, and fibrous tissue, all connected together. Therefore, we must pay attention to it in normal times. When problems with lung lingular inflammation occur, we must do a good job of taking care of the lung function, because only in this way can it be guaranteed to disappear and recovery will be faster. Inflammation of the lingual segment of the lungs - contains two meanings: 1. The location is in the lingular segment of the left upper lobe of the lung; 2. The imaging manifestations of the lesions tend to be pneumonia. It is unscientific and objective to say that "inflammation of the lingual segment of the lung usually leads to cancer". If no nodules or masses are found, and the lingual bronchus is not compressed, narrowed or blocked, then there is basically no question of lung cancer. It is recommended to recheck chest CT about 10 days after anti-inflammatory treatment. Comprehensive analysis of the two chest CT images will help to accurately determine the nature of the lesion. I am a senior radiologist and I consider my professional level to be acceptable. |
