Production process:

1. Tools: gas tank, iron pot, basin, stirring rod, shovel

2. Drug ratio: rosin 500g, salad oil 80g (90g in winter), yellow ochre 30g, drug powder 100-150g.

3. Cooking method:

1. Put the rosin into the pot and burn it on low heat until the rosin is completely melted, then turn off the heat.

2. Stir for a while, add salad oil and yellow lead, and continue stirring.

3. When the oil starts to cool and no longer smokes, add the medicine powder and continue stirring. When the ointment has cooled and becomes sticky, pour it into a large basin filled with cold water.

4. Use a stirring rod to stir the water in one direction continuously until the plaster becomes hot to the touch.

5. One or two people use their hands to pinch the plaster in the water into a piece, stretch the plaster with their hands, and it will gradually turn golden yellow. Then stretch it like twisting a twist several times, and when the plaster cools down, put it into the water to solidify.

6. Remove the water poison for 1-2 days, change the water twice a day, then take out the plaster from the water, cool it in a shade until the water evaporates, then heat it in a pot into a paste (heat on a low fire), spread it on the plaster cloth (cotton cloth or non-woven plaster cloth) with a small spoon, and fold it.

7. Each plaster can be used for 3-7 days.

8. Before use, you can put some borneol, camphor, safflower, etc. on the plaster to accelerate the absorption of the drug.

9. If the quality of rosin is poor, the plaster will be yellow, if the quality is good, it will be white, and after adding yellow lead, it will be red.
