4. Eat good sugar and burn fat quickly.

Low-sugar foods can keep blood sugar levels low, provide a sense of fullness, and alleviate the stress that weight loss brings to the body. A study had two groups of subjects follow a low-sugar diet or a low-fat diet, with both groups consuming 1,500 calories per day. After ten weeks, everyone had lost about ten kilograms. In contrast, those who follow a low-sugar diet have a higher metabolic rate and can burn an extra 80 calories a day. If this diet continues for a year, low-sugar dieters will lose three and a half kilograms more than low-fat dieters. In addition, people who diet low in sugar are less likely to feel hungry and have lower levels of triglycerides and carnitine in their bodies, which are likely to cause heart disease. Even better, if you replace refined sugars like soda crackers, donuts or potatoes with good sugars like fruits, vegetables and whole grains, you won't gain weight even if you consume the same number of calories.
