The harmful foods include harmful foods such as grains, face, meat, fish, crabs, eggs, raw and cold fruits and vegetables, harmful foods such as alcohol, harmful foods such as tea, old food, stagnation, and excessive damage from the five flavors. 2. Symptoms

Vomiting due to food poisoning, symptoms include sour and smelly vomiting, loss of appetite, foul breath, sour and smelly burping, abdominal distension or pain, feeling comfortable in the stomach after vomiting, restless sleep at night, dry stool, or sour and smelly diarrhea, thick and greasy tongue coating, and slippery pulse. The treatment is to help digestion, relieve stagnation, harmonize the stomach and reduce reflux. The prescription is modified Baohe Pills, and the medicinal ingredients include scorched hawthorn, stir-fried Shenqu, stir-fried radish seeds, tangerine peel, pinellia, poria, forsythia, betel nut, immature bitter orange, and licorice. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, divided into 3 times. If the face and lips are red, and the tongue is red with yellow coating, add Coptis chinensis and Rhizoma Anemarrhenae; if the physique is strong, the stool is dry, and vomiting is frequent, add Rhubarb and Magnolia officinalis.

Food damage is also known as food stagnation and food stagnation disease. "Dan Xi's Heart Method: Injury to Food" states: "Injury to food, aversion to food, it is because there is something in the chest, it is advisable to guide the phlegm and tonify the spleen..." Injury to food is caused by careless eating, overeating, or due to weak spleen and stomach, exposure to wind and cold, and eating disorders, which cause food to accumulate in the stomach and intestines and cannot be transported and transformed in time. A gastrointestinal stagnation disease with nausea, loss of appetite, belching, vomiting, abdominal distension and pain as the main symptoms.

3. Traditional Chinese Medicine

Eating too much meat: causes loss of appetite, abdominal pain, hiccups and vomiting. You can use 90 grams of hawthorn meat, fry it until it is charred, then grind it into fine powder, take 15 grams each time, with warm water, twice a day. If eating beef causes discomfort, you can use a handful of dry straw, fry it into a thick soup and drink it while it is hot. If you feel uncomfortable after eating too much dog meat or mutton, you can boil 14 hawthorns and 24 almonds into a thick soup and drink it.

Eating too much pasta: causes anorexia and abdominal distension and pain. You can take 30 grams of Shenqu, 10 grams of fried radish seeds, and 10 grams of malt, decocted in water, once a day, divided into three times.

Eating too many cereals: causes loss of appetite. You can take an appropriate amount of rice crust (millet, japonica rice, glutinous rice), burn it and grind it into powder. Take it with warm water, 5 grams each time, three times a day. You can also boil 30 grams of roasted malt in water, or mash white radish and take the juice. Eating too many Yuanxiao: You can use 30 grams of roasted malt and boil it in water.

Eating too many eggs: You can soak 30 grams of Shenqu in water and drink it, or mix it with a tablespoon of vinegar and rice soup.

Eating a lot of raw and cold fruits: You can use 1.5 grams of cloves and 15 grams of Shenqu, soak in water and drink instead of tea.

Eating too much fish can cause discomfort. You can use 15 grams of red yeast rice and boil it in water.

Drinking too much: You can use 500 grams of white radish, wash and mash it to extract the juice, then add appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar to the white radish juice and drink it.
