Can't wild mushrooms be eaten with eggplant?

I believe everyone knows that mushrooms are a type of fungus. After the rain, many wild mushrooms will grow in many forests. These wild mushrooms are both white and black. Many people like to go to the woods to pick these wild mushrooms and stew them. However, there are some foods that cannot be eaten together with mushrooms, otherwise they may cause poisoning. So can wild mushrooms be eaten with eggplant?

Mushrooms should not be eaten together with eggplants, millet, etc., otherwise toxins will be produced. Experts say this claim lacks scientific basis. However, it is best not to eat mushrooms collected from the wild.

The mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms sold in supermarkets are usually very safe. Every year when the mushroom growing season comes, the hospital will receive many patients who are poisoned due to eating mushrooms collected from the wild. Almost all of them are due to accidentally eating poisonous mushrooms rather than food incompatibility. The toxins in mushrooms are highly toxic. Qin Haidong said that in general, the symptoms of mushroom poisoning are relatively mild and they can be discharged from the hospital in two or three days after taking some liver-protecting and detoxifying drugs.

In Jiangsu, poisoning from ingestion of poisonous mushrooms mostly occurs in June and July every year. Recently, due to rising temperatures and heavy rains, wild mushrooms grow vigorously, making poisoning from ingestion of poisonous mushrooms more likely to occur. Every July, the Jiangsu Provincial Food and Drug Administration issues a warning to prevent poisoning from toxic mushrooms, reminding citizens not to accidentally eat poisonous wild mushrooms. The Food and Drug Administration reminds people not to pick or buy wild mushrooms that they have not eaten or are unfamiliar with; the folk methods of identifying poisonous mushrooms are not reliable. Catering service units are also prohibited from processing and producing wild mushrooms.

Eggplant and wild mushrooms can be eaten together because these foods do not conflict with each other and will not cause any adverse reactions when eaten together. Eggplant is rich in nutrients and contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, as well as calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. Wild mushrooms are high in vitamin P, containing 750 mg of vitamin P per 100 grams. It can enhance the adhesion between human cells, increase the elasticity of capillaries, reduce fragility and permeability, and prevent microvascular rupture and bleeding. It is more effective if taken together.
