Easy Mole Removal Secret

1. Surgical treatment

(1) Multiple excision and suturing: For moles that are larger in size and difficult to suturing at one time or that may cause deformation and displacement of adjacent tissues and organs, a partial excision can be performed in the middle of the mole. After 3 to 5 months of healing, when the local skin tissue gradually recovers its original looseness, another operation can be performed until complete excision is achieved. Although this method of treating moles takes a long time, the scars left after the operation are small and the appearance is good.

(2) Skin flap repair method: After the lesion in certain parts is removed, skin flap (or skin tube) transplantation can be used to repair the wound surface, among which local skin flap is the most commonly used. The expanded skin flap provides a more ideal method for repairing giant nevi.

(3) Excision and skin grafting: For giant nevi with large areas, skin grafting can be used to repair the wound after complete or selective partial excision of the lesion. The treatment of nevi usually involves the use of medium-thickness, full-thickness or subdermal vascular network skin grafts depending on the size and location of the wound.

(4) Excision and suture: This is the most commonly used method for treating small moles. The patient was excised through a fusiform incision and the wound edges were widely freed and then sutured. The incision direction should be selected rationally and the operation should be performed carefully according to the basic principles of plastic surgery.

2. Non-surgical treatment

(1) Electrocautery or electrodessication: Use high heat to remove diseased tissue, widely used in the beauty industry. The high heat generated instantly by the drying method causes the diseased tissue to carbonize and fall off instantly to achieve the purpose of treatment.

(2) Trinitrocarbonic acid solution is also a type of cautery therapy.

(3) Cryotherapy: Liquid nitrogen is the most commonly used method. Taking advantage of its non-flammable and non-explosive characteristics and low boiling point, some painful symptoms will generally occur, and it can be basically cured in three weeks. If the tumor is very small, it can be cured in one time. If it is larger, multiple treatments are required.
