The reason why we can always use electricity in our lives is due to the existence of substations. The voltage at a substation is very high, and there is usually a no-approach sign on the substation, mainly to prevent the voltage and radiation from the substation from having a huge impact on the human body. Substations are more harmful to children, so parents should tell their children not to get close to substations. So, what are the hazards of substations to people?
It has a greater impact on children and teenagers, but less impact on adults, because children are in the growth period and their physical development is immature. If they get too close to the substation too frequently, it may cause some physical diseases. Therefore, friends who have children at home should avoid letting children approach the substation while maintaining the above-mentioned safe distance.
1. According to the national "Electromagnetic Radiation Management Measures", 100 kV and above are electromagnetic strong radiation projects. Article 20 stipulates: In the vicinity of concentrated use of large-scale electromagnetic radiation equipment or high-frequency equipment, in accordance with environmental protection and urban planning requirements, residential housing, kindergartens and other sensitive buildings shall not be built in the planned restricted area. 2. It is understood that the current national regulations stipulate that the construction of power supply facilities above 100KV must obtain administrative approval from the environmental protection department. The environmental protection assessment indicators mainly include electric field, magnetic field, radio interference and noise. 3. Power supply facilities set up in residential areas must pass environmental protection administrative permits and meet the following standards: the industrial frequency electric field strength does not exceed 4 kilovolts per meter; the magnetic induction intensity does not exceed 0.1 millitesla; in terms of radio interference, the 110KV project does not exceed 53 decibels, and the 500KV project does not exceed 55 decibels; the noise impact is required to not exceed 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night. As long as these indicators are met, there are no strict requirements on the distance between relevant equipment and buildings in terms of environmental protection.4. According to the environmental protection department, my country currently has certain requirements on the distance between equipment and buildings. For example, a general 10KV-35KV substation is required to be more than 12 meters away from residential buildings in front and more than 8 meters away from the side; the construction of substations above 35KV requires that the front is more than 15 meters away from residential buildings and more than 12 meters away from the side; the box-type substation is required to be more than 5 meters away from residential buildings. |
