There are many meridians throughout the body, which are like a fishing net distributed throughout the body. The main meridians in the human body include the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, the Three Yang Meridians of the Hand, the Three Yang Meridians of the Foot, the Three Yin Meridians of the Hand, the Three Yin Meridians of the Foot, as well as the five internal organs. The existence of these meridians and organs ensures the healthy functioning of our normal body. If some of our Chinese medicine acupuncture points are injured, the damage to the human body will be difficult to predict. So be sure to protect your body. The meridians and acupoints of the human body are an important part of traditional Chinese medicine theory. First of all, there are about 365 acupuncture points in the human body. Why date? Isn't it accurate? The acupuncture points of the human body are not fixed, but are certain relatively constant points of dynamic balance of the human body as yin and yang transform. Secondly, there are 12 main meridians in the human body: including the three yin meridians of the hand, the three yang meridians of the hand, the three yin meridians of the foot, and the three yang meridians of the foot. Three hundred and four hundred and twelve meridians. Of course, in addition to these 12, there are also the eight extraordinary meridians. Ren Meridian, Du Meridian, Chong Meridian, Dai Meridian, etc. Finally, in addition to the above-mentioned acupoints, there are also some important acupoints based on experience, Ashi points, extra meridian points and so on. Without long-term practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and only sticking to the theories in books, it is obviously impossible to learn the meridians well and understand the acupoints. There are 409 acupuncture points on the human body, including 361 acupuncture points on 14 meridians and 48 external acupuncture points. Among them, 108 acupuncture points will have obvious symptoms when hit by external force, and 36 of them are called death points, which means that if they are hit and not treated in time, their lives will be in danger. The twelve meridians are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the human body, running along the inner or outer sides of the upper or lower limbs respectively. Each meridian belongs to an internal organ or a bowel movement. Therefore, the name of each of the twelve meridians includes three parts: hand or foot, yin or yang, and internal organ or bowel movement. The hand meridians run through the upper limbs, the foot meridians run through the lower limbs; the yin meridians run through the inner sides of the limbs and belong to the internal organs, while the yang meridians run through the outer sides of the limbs and belong to the internal organs. |
