Interpersonal communication disorder

Interpersonal communication disorder

In life, we must have a correct order for interpersonal relationships. When people's interpersonal relationships change, it will lead to psychological unhealthiness. People cannot integrate into life, become overly withdrawn, arrogant, or even jealous, and fear of losing something. For the problem of interpersonal communication barriers, we must focus on treatment.

Symptoms of interpersonal communication disorder

1. Fear.

When interacting with others, one cannot help feeling nervous and afraid, becoming at a loss and speaking incoherently.

2. Unsociable.

There are two situations. One is that one is self-righteous and does not associate with others. The other type has some quirks that make it impossible for others to accept them.

3. Arrogance.

They often overestimate themselves unrealistically and act arrogantly, making the other party feel embarrassed, nervous and awkward.

4. Jealousy.

They are often dissatisfied with the strengths and achievements of others, and may even be sarcastic or even engage in immoral behavior.

5. Suspicion.

They are often sensitive, suspicious, and distrustful of the words and actions of others, which can easily cause psychological barriers.

6. Hostility.

They often dislike others, even hate others, and even show aggressive behavior.

Why do interpersonal communication barriers occur?

1. Inferiority complex

Because of factors such as appearance, figure, and cultivation, they have an inferiority complex when interacting with others, dare not express their own views, are hesitant in doing things, lack courage, are accustomed to following the crowd, and have no opinions of their own. If you are unable to provide others with valuable opinions and suggestions that are worthy of reference during communication, people will feel that it is a waste of time to interact with you and will naturally stay away from you.

2. Jealousy

Jealousy is human nature, especially in the process of interacting with others. The following situation often occurs in interacting with others: instead of praising others' strengths and achievements, people are jealous and expect others to be worse than themselves or even suffer misfortune. Just imagine, a person who is jealous will never be sincere in interpersonal relationships and will not give warmth to others, and naturally he will not be likable.
