What's going on when transparent dots appear on the fingertips?

There are many densely packed transparent bubbles on my fingers. If you don’t look carefully, you can’t see them at all, especially they are particularly obvious under the sunlight. These small blisters will ooze water when they break, and sometimes they become extremely itchy when exposed to heat, which is unbearable and will continue to spread. Usually, some small treatment methods are used, such as soaking them in vinegar, breaking them and rubbing them with wine. Although there is relief at the time, it will recur soon. So, what should we do?

Methods/Steps

Later I found that it was not broken and the healing was too slow. Then I broke it and applied medicine (wolfsbane). I found that applying medicine after breaking it would heal faster.

I started soaking in vinegar again the night before last, and when I woke up in the morning, I found a small blister had grown in the deep layer on the other side.

Method/Step 3

The medicine recommended by the pharmacy is shown in the picture below. After soaking in the medicine for more than 20 minutes, my fingers turned white and dry like a dead person, which was terrible. Therefore, it is not recommended to use medicines with high chemical ingredients. If you need to use medicines, please use those with Chinese herbal ingredients, which are not so corrosive.

After soaking the medicine at night, there were no blisters between my fingers when I woke up the next morning, but there were a few small blisters on the front of my fingers, which were not very clear. My fingers were still very dry, and there was a lot of dry skin, which I tore off a lot of.

I applied white vinegar again and kept it on for 15 minutes before applying wolfsbane ointment. Because I tore off a lot of dead skin, it seemed to be more effective than the day before.

Method/Step 4

On the third day of soaking in the medicine, a few blisters appeared on my fingers. Not as many as before, but the nature of the blisters was the same as before, they were deep blisters. I poured white vinegar on a makeup remover cotton pad and applied it for 10 minutes, then applied wolfsbane ointment. I did not puncture the blisters this time, because there were few, I let the skin absorb them by itself.

When I was thanking God that my fingers were finally getting better, a lot of them appeared again in one night. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I squeezed them all out. Looking at the clusters of holes on the skin that had not yet healed, I felt like I was going to collapse. I didn't know what to do. Should I continue the treatment?
