What to do if ringworm appears all over the body

What to do if ringworm appears all over the body

Ringworm all over the body is caused by psoriasis. Typical diseases are psoriasis and dermatitis. Both diseases are very stubborn. I believe many people should know about them. They are also hereditary to a certain extent, so the harmfulness can be imagined. Psoriasis and psoriasis are mainly treated by control, and can be treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicine. So, what should you do if you have ringworm all over your body? Let’s take a look below.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that wind evil, dampness evil, heat evil, blood deficiency, and insect infestation are the main causes of the disease. The principles of treatment are to dispel wind and dampness, clear away heat and detoxify, nourish blood and moisten dryness, and promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, so as to achieve the effect of expelling evil, strengthening the body, relieving itching and curing.

Treatment

Neurodermatitis is a localized skin nerve dysfunction skin disease, also known as chronic simple lichen. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "cow's neck sore" or "neck sore" because it often occurs on the neck and looks like the skin of a cow's neck, which is thick and hard. As the Authentic Surgery says: Psoriasis is like the skin of a cow's collar, tough and hard, and feels like rotten wood when scratched. The clinical features are lichenification of the skin, hypertrophy and roughness, severe itching, a slow course of disease, repeated attacks, often not healing for many years, and easy relapse after recovery.

Internal Therapy

Oral treatment:

⑴ Oral large doses of vitamin A, 100,000 to 300,000 units per day or vitamin A acid, 1 mg/kg/day. However, long-term use may cause bone decalcification, hair loss and other symptoms of poisoning.

⑵ Take T90 psoriasis vaccine orally, follow the doctor's advice, and take 1-6 pills orally daily depending on the condition of the disease. The effect is significant.

Western medicine treatment:

⑴ Antihistamines and sedatives: You can use chlorpheniramine, ancillary drugs, diphenhydramine, promethazine, diazepam, etc. as appropriate to calm the itching. Try to avoid using large doses of topical corticosteroids for a long time or in a short period of time.

⑵ Intravenous medication: 0.25% procaine injection 10-20ml plus vitamin C 500mg intravenous injection; or use procaine 4-6mg/kg body weight, prepared into 0.1% solution with normal saline, plus vitamin C 500-1000mg intravenous drip. You can also use 10 ml of 10¥ calcium gluconate for intravenous injection.

(3) For localized psoriasis, apply antipruritic and antiseptic drugs to the affected area.

(4) This treatment can be considered for patients whose condition is more serious and has not been cured for a long time.

External treatment:

(1) Apply Realgar Powder externally;

(2) Apply neurodermatitis lotion to the affected area;

(3) Local tapping with plum blossom needles: once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment;

(4) The following drugs can also be used for external use: compound flumethasone sulfamethoxazole, Fujining, 105 black bean distilled oil ointment, antipruritic alcohol, etc.;

(5) Local blockade: 2 ml of compound quinine injection plus 4-6 ml of 1% procaine, local subcutaneous injection (do not inject too shallowly to avoid causing skin necrosis), once a week, 10 times as a course of treatment. Alternatively, 2 ml of 0.1% methylene blue plus 5-10 ml of 2% procaine can be injected subcutaneously once a week.

(6) Radioisotope therapy: 32-phosphorus or 30-strontium patches can be used;

(7) Superficial X-ray radiotherapy: 29-43KV, 60-100R each time, once a week, 3-4 times as a course of treatment, no more than 2 courses in a year.

Chinese medicine bath

Medicinal bath is one of the external treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine. It is to put water in a container and soak certain parts of the body or the whole body, using the water temperature itself to stimulate the skin, meridians, and acupoints and the transdermal absorption of drugs to achieve the purpose of treating diseases and health care. It is different from general bathing, hot spring bath, etc., but follows the principle of Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment, and adds different drugs according to different diseases for treatment. Because the drugs are not destroyed by the gastrointestinal tract, they directly act on the skin and are absorbed into the blood through the skin. Therefore, compared with oral medications, it has the advantages of faster efficacy, comfort, and no toxic side effects. It will not increase the burden on the liver. Therefore, it is praised by the medical community as "green therapy" and is increasingly favored by patients.

Chinese medicinal baths have existed since ancient times. The earliest medical prescription in my country, "Fifty-two Prescriptions for Diseases", includes a medicinal bath recipe for treating infant epilepsy. The "Book of Rites" states that "if there is a sore on the head, wash it; if there is an ulcer on the body, take a bath." The "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" records that "if one is affected by external evil, soak the body to make it sweat." It can be said that the history of medicinal baths is long. It was founded in the Qin Dynasty, developed in the Han and Tang Dynasties, enriched in the Song and Ming Dynasties, and matured in the Qing Dynasty.

Medicinal baths are divided into two types: local medicinal baths and whole body medicinal baths. Local medicinal baths mostly use feet and calves as the soaking areas. The feet are important starting and ending points for the circulation of qi and blood, connecting internal organs, and communicating internal and external meridians. The three yang meridians of the foot and the three yin meridians of the foot intersect here. The foot has visceral and whole body reflex areas, 52 bones, and more than 60 muscles. It is known as the "second heart of the human body." The stratum corneum of the calf is thinner and rich in blood vessels, nerves, and muscles, which is more conducive to transdermal absorption of drugs. Whole body medicated bath is to immerse and fumigate other parts of the body except the head and neck. It has a larger action area and higher drug utilization, and is suitable for systemic diseases with extensive lesions.

The skin is the largest organ in the human body. In addition to its protective function against external invasion, it also has many other functions such as secretion, absorption, penetration, excretion, and sensation. Medicinal bath therapy utilizes the physiological characteristics of the skin to treat diseases. Its mechanism is nothing more than local effect and overall effect. Local effects are achieved through direct drug effects on the skin, muscles, and joints, improving the metabolism of the skin, muscles, and joints, restoring their functions, and directly targeting the location and cause of the disease. Holistic treatment is achieved through transdermal absorption of drugs into the blood, adjusting the yin and yang, qi and blood of the whole body, and adjusting the functions of the internal organs.

Modern research shows that drug ions in the bath solution enter the body through absorption, diffusion, and radiation through the skin and mucous membranes, avoiding the first-pass effect of the liver, increasing the concentration of effective local drugs in the lesions, and exerting a therapeutic effect directly on the cause and location of the disease. At the same time, the moist heat stimulation causes local vasodilation, promotes local and systemic blood circulation and lymphatic circulation, stimulates metabolism, improves local tissue nutrition and systemic function, and thus cures the disease.

Medicinal bath therapy, through the action of drugs, the warm effect of water and the magnetic effect, can harmonize qi and blood, balance yin and yang, dredge the meridians, penetrate the pores, dispel evil and harmonize the middle, warm the meridians and dispel cold, dispel wind and dampness, clear away heat and detoxify, reduce swelling and disperse knots, dredge meridians and relieve pain, nourish the body and regenerate muscles, and provide beauty and health care. It can not only treat stubborn rheumatic diseases such as scleroderma, polymyositis, and rheumatoid arthritis, but also has a definite effect on insomnia, constipation, fractures and other diseases. It brings good news to patients with such stubborn diseases, has achieved a breakthrough in efficacy, and is deeply loved by patients.
