Correct smoking technique

Cigarettes are something that can paralyze people's nerves and make people addicted because they contain nicotine. Today's life makes some people live under high pressure all the time. A cigarette can relieve a person's mental state a lot. However, there are actually certain smoking techniques. People who do not have correct smoking techniques are often laughed at when smoking outside. In order to avoid being laughed at, let's learn some correct smoking techniques.

1. Correct smoking method

The first step is to ignite. The entire circular surface of the cigarette end must be lit, not just half of it. At the same time, "don't light three cigarettes with one fire". After lighting two cigarettes, please turn off the fire and light the third one again.

The second step is to spit out the first puff of smoke. Because the cigarette has not yet entered the normal burning state.

Step three, smoking. Inhale the smoke into the mouth so that the mouth is filled with smoke. After a short pause, inhale air from the mouth. The smoke will naturally move toward the throat. When it reaches the throat, close your lips, swallow the smoke, and finally exhale slowly through the nasal cavity.

Among them, when the smoke moves from front to back in the mouth, you can feel the smoke concentration, fineness, and irritation to the palate; when the smoke touches the throat, you can feel the strength of the smoke and the irritation to the throat; when the smoke is exhaled from the nasal cavity, you can feel the aroma quality, aroma quantity, aroma characteristics, miscellaneous smells, coordination and the stimulation of the smoke to the nasal cavity.

2. The Three Steps of Smoking

The first puff is to blow out the smoke. You should inhale gently and exhale slowly, feeling the taste.

One is to check whether the cigarettes are moldy or spoiled, and the other is to spit out the harmful substances produced by lighters or matches when lighting cigarettes;

The second puff is to savor the cigarette, inhale it slowly and savor it carefully, enjoying the quality.

If you find that the taste has changed, should you consider whether it is a problem with the quality of the cigarette or with your health? The psychological factors, environmental atmosphere, mental state and emotions when smoking determine the taste and flavor of the cigarettes you smoke! The taste and flavor of smoking are directly proportional to the effect it has on your body, i.e.: good taste! Smoking is less harmful to your health! When the taste is bad, it has a great impact on your health! Smoking tastes best when you are relaxing; smoking tastes worst when you are in pain, distress, angry, sad, or emotionally excited! Smoking at this time has no benefits but only harms;

3 The third puff is smoking, which is the beginning of enjoying the pleasure that smoking brings you and satisfying your smoking addiction.

Among today's smokers, some have a strong sense of health awareness, but their smoking habits are unhealthy. In order to smoke less, some smokers smoke one cigarette several times, putting it out before smoking again. They don’t know that the smoke they smoke again is the carbonized smoke formed after putting it out! Carbonized cigarettes cannot be smoked! The carbonized part of the cigarette accumulates more tar and harmful substances. At the same time, it takes several times more force to smoke when it is lit again, bringing more harmful substances into the body. Therefore, you should not smoke a cigarette that has been extinguished.
