What does the Department of Oral Rehabilitation treat

The Department of Oral Rehabilitation mainly provides restorative treatment for oral problems such as tooth defects, edentulous defects, missing teeth, maxillofacial defects, periodontal disease, and temporomandibular joint disorder. 1. Restorative treatment of tooth defects

General tooth defects can be treated by filling. The methods of repairing maxillofacial defects include: palatal guards (also called surgical blockers), jaw guides, and prostheses (artificial jaws, artificial eyes, artificial ears, and artificial noses. Prostheses supported and retained by implants often have the best therapeutic effects).

5. Restorative treatment of periodontal disease

The methods of restorative treatment for periodontitis mainly include adjustment, orthodontic correction and periodontal splinting.

6. Restorative treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders

The main restorative treatment methods for temporomandibular joint disorder include: occlusal adjustment, occlusal pads (bite splints), and also fixed restorations and removable dentures.
