Diarrhea and nausea

Causes of diarrhea and nausea

1. Eating the wrong thing.

It is more likely that you have eaten the wrong thing, or you have abdominal pain and nausea caused by tension before menstruation. You have to distinguish whether it is the pain of wanting to go to the toilet or dysmenorrhea. If it is just diarrhea, take some anti-inflammatory drugs for the gastrointestinal tract and it will be fine. If it is dysmenorrhea caused by tension, then there is no way, just relax. It is estimated that it will only be one or two days, because even people with constipation and dryness will have smooth bowel movements before and during menstruation, and even a little loose bowels. I don’t know why specifically, but this is the case for me.
