1. Soak your feet before going to bed to help you sleep well

Therefore, when you start soaking your feet, pour in a small amount of hot water until it covers the back of your feet. Be careful not to make the water temperature too hot, about 40 degrees is appropriate. Afterwards, as the water temperature drops, gradually add hot water to maintain the water temperature until you see your feet turn red, feel heat all over your body, and sweat slightly.

Soaking your feet in winter can activate blood circulation and warm the body. Soaking your feet before going to bed can help improve sleep quality. 2. Don’t smoke or drink before going to bed

Poor sleep is mainly manifested in four aspects

1. Early awakening: waking up much earlier than usual, or being unable to fall asleep again after waking up in the middle of the night. From the perspective of mental state, you will feel sleepy and tired during the day the next day. Long-term insomnia can also lead to dizziness, palpitations, inattention, memory loss and other conditions.

2. Difficulty falling asleep: It takes longer to fall asleep, tossing and turning, habitually unable to fall asleep regardless of whether there are distractions or not, and unable to fall asleep quickly even when very sleepy and tired.

4. Dreaming a lot and having nightmares: Everyone dreams, but if you can remember that you had a lot of dreams when you wake up in the morning, or are often awakened by nightmares, it will seriously affect the quality of your sleep. Nightmares may be a manifestation of anxiety. The tension, worry, and fear in the dream may reflect that you have certain emotions that need to be dealt with.
