How to make a stiff body soft

How to make a stiff body soft

Whether you want to learn dance or want to get better at yoga, one of the necessary physical conditions is that your body flexibility must meet the standard, because only when the body becomes flexible enough can you perform many difficult movements. Many people are looking for ways to make their bodies softer because their bodies are too stiff. People whose bodies are not flexible enough should not be too anxious. You can do some exercises to slowly change your body from straight to curved.

1. Yoga makes your stiff body soft

1. One person kneels on the ground, leans back, and puts his head on the ground. Another person actually practiced yoga directly on her belly! The person on top leans back, lifts his legs up, holds his ankles with his hands, and lies belly to belly. He doesn't find it difficult at all. No wonder he is a yoga master with good flexibility, endurance and figure. By following the poses of the two yoga masters, your body's flexibility can be greatly improved.

2. The Scorpion Pose is an extremely difficult pose. First, support yourself with your hands on the ground and lift your legs backward and upward to become a basic handstand. Then contract your arms and lower your body while bending your legs with your toes above your head. The scorpion pose can reduce fat in the legs and waist and improve the body's flexibility.

3. Bend your right leg with your heel against the base of your thigh. Straighten your left leg backward with your calf raised and perpendicular to the ground. Lean your upper body backward with your head close to the sole of your foot. Grab your left foot with your left hand. This is how you practice the King Pigeon Pose. When practicing, remember to maintain steady breathing so that you can persist longer.

4. Lie flat on your back on the ground, support your upper body with your hands, lift your legs up and bend them, support yourself with your right hand and grab your left ankle with your left hand. After your body is stable, reach back with your right hand and grab your right ankle. Just by listening to Xiao Mi's description, you can tell that it is very effective in exercising the flexibility of the body. Regular practice can say goodbye to the stiff body and have a flexible posture.

2. 4 ways to make your body more flexible

1. Twist your body

Place one leg on the ground, bend one leg forward, grab the left foot with the right hand, turn the body to the right, support the ground with the left hand, hold for 60 seconds, then change the position and hold the other side for 60 seconds.

2. Lie on the ground in the lizard position, support the ground with your palms facing inward, lift your body, press your waist down, hold for 60 seconds and then rest, alternating with the previous set of movements.

3. Lower back movement

This posture can help exercise the waist muscles, and doing it for a long time can help soften the waist lines. Spread your feet apart and press your body downward. You may not be able to touch the ground with your head in one go, but try to press your body downward to deepen your footwork.

4. Forward bends

Stand with your feet naturally open, shoulder-width apart, put your hands on your hips behind your back, press your body down, bring your nose close to your knees, and raise your hands behind your back towards the sky.
