1 Have you stayed up late recently?

Staying up late has a great impact on your body. Even if you stay up late occasionally, it will take several days of conditioning for your body to recover. If you often stay up late recently, your body will easily feel tired and lose strength.

2. Take a break:

6. Actively engage in physical exercise:

7 Check for other symptoms:

If you have no cold symptoms and lead a regular life, but still feel weak, you may want to carefully observe whether you have other symptoms and conduct a self-examination.

8 Go to the hospital to see a doctor in time:

9. Did you exercise excessively the day before?

If you happened to be outside the day before, running or entertaining yourself until late at night, without much rest in between, and just walking and jumping around, and if you don't usually exercise much and the volume suddenly increases, this will also happen.
