(3) The facial skin sutures should be removed 5-7 days after surgery. The sutures on the oral mucosa can be left to fall off on their own or removed after two weeks to avoid premature removal of the sutures and subsequent opening of the mouth, which may cause the wound to split.

(4) Antibiotics should be used for 3-5 days after surgery to prevent infection.
