What's wrong with sweating so much

In the hot summer, sweating is the most normal thing. Some people sweat profusely, but some people really don’t sweat. Ordinary people in China also know how good it is to sweat and that sweating can help to detoxify the body, but is this really the case? Some people find themselves sweating very, very a lot. Is this really good? Next, let’s analyze the reasons for excessive sweating. Let us really understand what causes sweating.

What causes excessive sweating?

1. Ehan

Sweating is limited to the forehead, and even sweat is like steam, so it is commonly known as a steamer head. Chinese medicine believes that the head is the meeting point of all yang and the home of intelligence. External six evils and internal injuries to internal organs can all cause sweating on the forehead.

2. Cold sweat

Whenever people are sick, frightened, extremely nervous, or have abnormal physiological and psychological functions, they will continuously secrete a large amount of light and odorless sweat, which feels cold to the touch, and after sweating, they often feel "lingering fear".

3. Sweaty hands and feet

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen governs the limbs. Any internal dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach, blood deficiency, yang deficiency, and insufficient yang in the middle can all lead to excessive sweating of the hands and feet.

4. Nose sweat

When you are emotionally excited, mentally stressed, overworked, or talk too much, you will sweat. Sweat will seep out from the bridge of your nose and both sides of your nose, and the sweat beads will be visible. If the lesions are seen in abnormal secretion of lung qi, it is more common in patients with lung deficiency.

5. Sweating on one side of the body

It refers to profuse sweating on one side of the body, while the other half has no sweating or very little sweating. It is mostly caused by insufficient Qi and blood that blocks the meridians, and is common in young people with hypertensive encephalopathy, stroke, hemiplegia, paraplegia, etc.

6. Sticky sweat

Sweat is sticky, thick and hot. It is a symptom of severe cold or other high fever, or sweat after taking antipyretic and antipyretic drugs. This kind of sweat indicates that there is dampness and heat in the body, which needs to be removed before recovery.

7. Burnt sweat

The sweat was continuous and profuse, and there was a smell of burnt or burning coal. In severe cases, the smell of burning is very strong, which can stimulate people around to sneeze and have clear runny nose. This disease is limited to young men, and is caused by frequent masturbation, frequent nocturnal emissions, and lack of attention to cleaning the perineum. In addition, the sweating of patients with high fever, the sweating after surgery or childbirth, and the sweating of people in critical condition or at the end of their lives are all different symptoms or abnormal sweating.

8. Hard work and sweat

It refers to excessive sweating in the pit of the stomach and the area between the two breasts, while other parts of the body have no sweat or very little sweat. It is mostly caused by excessive worry, thinking, shock, and fear that damage the heart and spleen, resulting in the heart failing to control blood, the spleen failing to regulate blood, and causing profuse sweating in the chest. Common among intellectuals who work too hard.
