Blood and sweat have the same origin. Excessive sweating will consume qi, damage body fluids and harm heart blood.

2Second: Sweating is a normal physiological phenomenon. Under normal circumstances, sweating is a normal physiological phenomenon for the human body. If you rarely sweat in the summer, your Qi and blood will not be fully developed, and your body's resistance to wind and cold will be weakened. Sweating in the summer is actually the body's way of cooling itself down. If you always stay in an air-conditioned environment and rarely sweat, you will be more susceptible to evil spirits in the autumn and winter, and will easily catch a cold and have a constant cough.

Excessive sweating will deplete Qi, damage body fluids and harm heart blood, and cause a large amount of Yang Qi to leak out, which can easily make people tired, weak, anxious and short of breath. Don’t stay indoors all the time for fear of sweating. Go out more often and exercise to make your body sweat, which is better for health! However, be careful not to exercise too vigorously. It is best not to use fans or air conditioners before the sweat has dried, especially avoid direct blowing. If you enter an air-conditioned room after sweating, you should take off your wet clothes first and wipe off the sweat.
