The skin is very loose

Sagging skin is a nightmare for many female friends who love beauty, because from the appearance point of view, the first thing you look at when looking at a person is her face. If the skin is sagging, it will completely reveal a woman's age. Women all want to stay young forever and prevent the collagen in their faces from being lost prematurely. But if a woman's skin becomes loose, what are the causes? What are its basic characteristics? Let’s take a look together.

1. Characteristics of loose skin

1. Preliminary features:

Visible pores: After the age of 25, the body's collagen and elastin will decrease with age, and the subcutaneous fat layer will begin to become loose and lack elasticity, resulting in a decrease in tension between the pores, making the pores more visible.

2. Intermediate features:

The facial skin is no longer firm: the skin on the cheekbones and cheeks begins to sag, and the facial lines from the earlobe to the chin are no longer smooth and clear, which is especially obvious when viewed from the side.

3. Advanced features:

Obvious nasolabial folds: Nasoda folds are clearly visible, the skin begins to sag, bags under the eyes and crow's feet appear at the corners of the eyes, and a double chin is inevitable!

2. Causes of sagging skin

1. There are two kinds of proteins in the dermis of the skin: collagen and elastin, which support the skin and make it plump and firm. After the age of 25, these two proteins naturally decrease due to the aging process of the human body. The fibers between cells degenerate over time, causing the skin to lose elasticity.

2. The skin's supporting capacity decreases. Fat and muscle are the biggest support for the skin, but the loss of subcutaneous fat and muscle relaxation caused by various reasons such as aging, weight loss, malnutrition, lack of exercise, etc., make the skin lose support and sag;

3. Other factors such as gravity, heredity, mental stress, nose reduction surgery, exposure to sunlight and smoking can also cause the skin structure to change, eventually causing the skin to lose elasticity and become sagging.
