What should girls do if they don’t have nipples

Although boys and girls are of different genders, they both have nipples, but women also have breasts, so their breasts are much larger than men's. In addition to looking more beautiful, the other most important function of your breasts and nipples is to feed the baby after giving birth. Babies mainly suck on their mother's nipples to drink milk, so nipples are very important for girls. Let's take a look at what girls should do if they don't have nipples?

Normal female nipples are relatively rosy, cone-shaped protrusions with holes, about 1 cm in diameter, 1.5-2 cm in height, and dark in color. The specific nipples vary from person to person. Unmarried and childless women have relatively smaller nipples. When the nipple of an adult woman does not protrude beyond the skin of the areola, but sinks under the skin, it is called inverted nipple. It can be caused by congenital nipple dysplasia or the nipple is pulled by pathological tissue in the breast. Inverted nipples are prone to accumulate dirt, causing inflammation, affecting the smooth discharge of milk, causing mastitis and breast abscesses, so it is necessary to actively correct inverted nipples. Mild inverted nipples can be pulled by hand or vacuum suction several times a day. After a few months of persistence, the nipple will naturally protrude. Moderate to severe inverted nipples must be corrected by surgery.

There are many people with inverted nipples. A normal nipple is cylindrical, about 1.5-2 cm above the plane of the breast peak. If the nipple is sunken under the areola and does not rise when pulled, it is a true inverted nipple. If the nipple turns inward and cannot be pulled out, it is called inverted nipple. If it is on the same plane as the breast skin and cannot be erected, it is called a flat nipple, also known as a false inverted nipple. The above types of nipple inversion are caused by the poor development of the smooth muscles of the nipple and areola, which results in the inability of the nipple to protrude. Breast binding is also one of the causes of inverted nipples. The best treatment for this disease is massage and wiping. The method is: wash your hands first, then bathe both breasts, then use your fingers to gently pull the nipples outward, massage and twist the nipples, and finally wipe the nipples with 75% alcohol gauze or a sterilized sanitary napkin. Do this 2-3 times a day, 20-30 minutes each time. After massaging and rubbing, the nipples will become firm and will no longer be sunken.

It should be congenital inverted nipple. Inverted nipple affects breastfeeding, and the local area is difficult to clean. It is easy to accumulate dirt and cause secondary infection, causing chronic inflammation, and can cause cancer. In addition to treating the cause clinically, surgical treatment can also be performed. Pay attention to washing with warm water frequently in the early stage. After washing, you can pull the nipple outward frequently or use negative pressure to pull the nipple, and it can gradually improve on its own. If it is ineffective, surgical correction may be necessary.
