What are the symptoms of semimembranous heart regurgitation

A strong heart can keep a person in good overall condition, and any problem with the heart is serious and should require immediate medical treatment, or even surgery to allow the heart's various functions to function normally. Among heart problems, semimembranous regurgitation is a relatively common disease, but what are the symptoms of semimembranous regurgitation? Everyone needs to understand in detail.

1. There may be no symptoms during the compensatory stage, but when left heart failure occurs, there may be palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, etc.

Symptoms of heart valve insufficiency

2. The cardiac border expands to the left; a loud, rough systolic blowing murmur can be heard in the apex area, often transmitted to the armpit or back; the third heart sound can be heard; the second heart sound in the pulmonary valve area is hyperactive.

Symptoms of heart valve insufficiency

3. Auxiliary examination:

⑴ X-ray examination: enlarged left atrium and left ventricle, prominent pulmonary artery segment.

⑵ Electrocardiogram examination: left atrial enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy and strain.

⑶ Echocardiography examination: When the left atrium and left ventricle are enlarged, the M-type diagram can be detected.

Aortic regurgitation

⒈ There are no symptoms in the early stage, or there may be discomfort in the precordial area or a pulsation in the head arteries; in the late stage, symptoms of left heart failure may appear, and acute and severe patients may have chest pain.

⒉ Yi's face is pale, the apical capture is displaced to the lower left and is lifted, the boundary of cardiac dullness is enlarged and boot-shaped, and a diastolic, high-pitched, decreasing breath-like murmur can be heard in the aortic valve area and the 3rd to 4th intercostal space on the left side of the sternum, which is transmitted to the apex; a low-pitched and soft mid-diastolic murmur (Austin-Flint murmur) can be heard in the apical area; the diastolic pressure decreases, the pulse pressure increases, and peripheral vascular signs may appear, such as water-rushing pulse, gunshot sound, capillary capture and Durozicr sign.
