Femoral head necrosis is not unfamiliar to many people. It is also a common problem in clinical practice. Many reasons may lead to femoral head necrosis. In such cases, treatment measures must be taken in time. Generally speaking, people tend to choose surgery to treat femoral head necrosis, but not everyone uses surgery. Some people use a small needle knife to treat femoral head necrosis. 1. Small needle knife The micro-acupuncture knife is a needle that is thicker than ordinary acupuncture needles. It is mainly used to treat pain in the neck, shoulder, waist and legs. To loosen adhesions, it depends on the specific disease to see if it is not suitable for micro-acupuncture knife treatment. If it is cervical spondylosis or lumbar spondylosis, micro-acupuncture knife treatment can be chosen. Lumbar disc herniation is a symptom caused by nerve compression, and the pain usually radiates to the buttocks, thighs, calves or feet. Mild lumbar disc herniation can usually be relieved by resting in bed, sleeping on a hard bed, physical therapy, hot compresses, and traction. If non-surgical treatment is ineffective or recurs, and the symptoms are severe and affect work and life, surgical treatment can be chosen according to the doctor's advice. 2. Femoral head necrosis Femoral head necrosis is a common clinical orthopedic disease with a high disability rate. The cause and pathogenesis of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis are not yet fully understood. The causes of femoral head necrosis are very complicated. So far, there are more than 60 known causes, including possible causes. Among them, excessive use of hormones, hip joint trauma and ethanol poisoning are the three most common causes of femoral head necrosis. Femoral head necrosis belongs to the categories of "bone erosion", "bone arthritis", "bone extreme" and "bone domain" in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pathogenesis of femoral head necrosis is that the bones are not nourished. If the kidney qi is insufficient, the bones cannot produce marrow; if both qi and blood are deficient, the tendons and bones are insufficiently nourished, and strain on the tendons and bones leads to injury to the tendons; phlegm and blood stasis cause stagnation of the blood vessels, and pain occurs if the blood vessels are blocked. 3. Therapeutic effect Acupuncture knife is used clinically to treat femoral head necrosis, with miraculous results. Acupuncture knife therapy is a closed release technique between surgical methods and non-surgical treatments. It is formed on the basis of incisional surgery combined with acupuncture. The characteristic of the micro-acupuncture therapy is to penetrate deep into the treatment area to the lesion and perform different stimulations such as cutting and peeling to achieve the purpose of relieving pain and curing diseases. Its indications are mainly soft tissue injury lesions and bone and joint lesions. For femoral head necrosis, it is recommended that patients take some blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs orally, and apply some drugs that promote new bone formation externally. The effect is also good when combined with physical therapy. |
