Dietary Recipes for Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Mutton Soup: 80 grams of cooked lean mutton, chop it into a paste with the back of a knife, put it in a bowl, pour in 60 ml of mutton soup, add a little fresh ginger juice, mashed garlic, cooking wine, MSG, salt, and starch, mix well, steam it in a steamer for 45 minutes, and serve hot.
