How to make roses with flour

Steps:

1. Add matcha powder, milk, honey, sugar and baking powder to the flour to make dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment naturally in a warm environment for more than 4 hours. When it is more than twice the size of the original dough, knead the dough again to expel the air, then cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 1 hour.

2. Steam the purple sweet potato, mash it, add flour, milk, honey, sugar, and baking powder, and make it into dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment naturally in a warm environment for more than 4 hours. When it is fermented to more than twice the size of the original dough, knead the dough again to expel the air, and cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 1 hour.

3. Steam the carrots, mash them, add flour, milk, honey, sugar and baking powder, and make into dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment naturally in a warm environment for more than 4 hours. When it is more than twice the size of the original dough, knead the dough again to expel the air, and cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 1 hour.

4. Divide the dough that has been fermented with sugar for the second time into small pieces, roll them into round dough sheets, and arrange them as shown in the picture. Add the colorful vegetarian stuffing made with black fungus, carrot, king oyster mushroom, celery and eggs, and place the stuffing aside. Fold, press the edges together, roll up from one end, roll it up, and shape it. The purple dough is filled with rose and red bean paste to make purple roses, the matcha dough is filled with rose and red bean paste to make green roses, and the three-color dough is filled with rose and red bean paste to make three-color roses. Put it in the pot with cold water, steam it for 25 minutes after the pot boils and it is ready to serve.

Tips

Knead the dough at night, put it in a plastic bag, and place it in a warm place to ferment naturally. The result will be better if you make it the next day.
