Although oryzanol has a certain regulatory effect on patients with insomnia and neurasthenia, it has little effect on patients with severe insomnia. Therefore, in the clinical treatment of severe insomnia, the use of a combination of Chinese and Western medicine, with comprehensive treatment using GABA tablets, vitamin B1 tablets, and vitamin B6 tablets, will achieve rapid, effective, and ideal therapeutic effects. In terms of dosage, it is recommended that insomniacs take 2-3 tablets orally before going to bed every night. After the effect is achieved, they can gradually transition to a maintenance dose of 2 tablets per night. Of course, for some individuals, GABA is not necessarily effective if you take it. If you need to take it, it is best not to take it continuously for more than a week. You can take it for a week and then stop taking it for a few days.
