However, shelf life and high production and storage costs will increase the cost of using ice cream slurry. High-quality ice cream powder can have a good taste when properly mixed with water. The demand for ice cream powder in the market is far greater than that for ice cream paste.

1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick and light in color;

2. Put it in the pot and cook;

3. Add yogurt from the pot, stir it, and take it out;

4. Spread jam on the yogurt ice cream;

5. Take out from the refrigerator;

200g yogurt, 200g light cream

40g sugar, 2 egg yolks

4. Add egg yolk into yogurt and mix well.

5. Put it on low heat and slowly cook it, making sure to stir it constantly to prevent it from becoming egg drop soup.

7. Pour the cooled egg milk in and mix well.

8. Take the inner tank of the ice cream maker out of the refrigerator (put it in the freezer for 20 hours in advance) and install it. Turn on the power and pour the ice cream liquid into the small window.

9. My machine is small, so the amount I made took 30 minutes to run. When I touched the motor, it felt a little hot, so I turned it off. At this point, it was already very thick.

10. Serve in a box and put it in the freezer. Just scoop out some when you want to eat.
