Movement coordination is about allowing the body to adjust its own rhythm in a comfortable way. Simply put, it is about allowing muscles in all parts of the body to participate in the movement as much as possible.

1. When it reaches a certain frequency of use, it will naturally become muscle memory and reach a state where you can do it at will. Therefore, there is no need for any special training. Just do the movements in each exercise carefully and integrate into the exercise happily and confidently. Don't worry about other people's doubts.
