Bacillus

Bacillus

The formation of the vast majority of bacteria is both beneficial and harmful. Not all bacteria are harmful. For example, Bacillus is a beneficial bacteria and is mainly found in organic fertilizers, farmyard manure, and fertilizer additives. Its main function is to activate the soil and make some plants grow more fertile. It seems to have nothing to do with humans, but in fact, food grown with Bacillus is best for people's health after eating it.

Basic Introduction

The vast majority of bacteria form only one spore per cell and the spore is located inside the cell, which is a Gram-positive bacteria. It contains DNA, RNA, specific spore proteins that may be associated with DNA, and systems for synthesizing proteins and producing energy[1].

In addition, a large amount of calcium picolinate is distributed throughout the spores. The cortex is located between the core and the spore shell and contains rich peptidoglycan. The spore shell is mainly composed of protein, in addition, there are small amounts of carbohydrates and lipids, and possibly a large amount of phosphorus. The outermost layer is the exine, whose main components are protein, a certain amount of glucose and lipids. Because spores have a thick, low-water multi-layer structure, they have strong refractive index and are not easily stained by dyes. Spores are resistant to heat, drying, radiation, chemical disinfectants and other physical and chemical factors, which may be related to the unique high content of pyridinedicarboxylic acid in spores.

Applicable objects

1. Adding organic fertilizer, farmyard manure, compound fertilizer and chemical fertilizer

2. Addition of biological pesticides

3. Activate the soil

4. Compost and liquid fertilizer production

5. Crude fiber degradation

6. Food waste disposal

7. Feed Additives

8. Environmental purification

9. Aquatic water purification

Bacterial characteristics

1. Rapid reproduction: Rapid metabolism and reproduction, multiplying 100,000 times in four hours, while standard bacteria can only multiply 6 times in four hours.

2. Strong vitality: It can withstand low temperature of -60℃ and high temperature of +280℃ in the non-humid state, strong acid and alkali resistance, antibacterial disinfection, high oxygen resistance (aerobic reproduction), and low oxygen resistance (anaerobic reproduction).

3. Large volume: The volume is four times larger than that of general pathogenic bacteria molecules, occupying a spatial advantage and inhibiting the growth and reproduction of harmful bacteria.
