Symptoms of sty: The bacteria that cause sty are mostly Staphylococcus aureus, so sty is mostly a purulent inflammation. The main clinical manifestations are local redness, swelling, pain, nodules and yellow pus spots.

2. Symptoms of a stye include the appearance of pus with a yellow head on the eyelid around the base of the eyelashes. The eyelid skin around the pus head becomes swollen and inflamed. The early symptoms of stye include pain or tenderness, which is also an important symptom of stye. External hordeolum occurs in the sebaceous glands at the root of the eyelashes and manifests itself on the skin surface; internal hordeolum occurs in the meibomian glands and manifests itself on the conjunctival surface. After rupture and drainage of pus, the pain will be relieved and the redness and swelling will subside. Severe cases are accompanied by enlarged and tender preauricular and submandibular lymph nodes, general chills, fever, etc.
