People often get inflamed for various reasons. Some people get inflamed because they stay up late or eat something irritating, while others get inflamed because they drink too little water. There are many symptoms of getting inflamed. Some people will become dry in the mouth, some will have many blisters on their lips, and some will have sore throats, etc. Then getting angry can be divided into real fire and false fire. How to distinguish between the two? Constipation, sore throat, dry mouth, and heat. We all know that we have internal heat at this time. However, internal heat can also be classified into real heat and false heat. Different types of internal heat require different methods of reducing internal heat. Identification of symptoms of getting angry: 1. Real fire Excess fire refers to the syndrome of excess heat caused by the raging evil fire, and is most common in the liver, gallbladder, and gastrointestinal tract. Common symptoms include high fever, headache, red eyes, chapped lips, dry and bitter mouth, oral and tongue erosion, sore throat, thirst and preference for cold drinks, irritability, abdominal distension and pain that refuses to be pressed, dry stool, yellow urine, red tongue, yellow and dry or prickly tongue coating, rapid and strong pulse, or even nasal bleeding. In treatment, it is advisable to adopt the principles and methods of bitter and cold herbs to dissipate fire, clear away heat and detoxify. 2. Deficiency Fire According to traditional Chinese medicine, there are two concepts of virtual fire: one refers to the phenomenon of excessive fire caused by yin deficiency; the other refers to the phenomenon of qi deficiency fever and "real cold and false heat" caused by qi deficiency and yang deficiency. Yin deficiency can be classified into different situations such as partial deficiency of Yin in the five internal organs and loss of essence, blood, body fluids, etc. In Yin deficiency, Yang Qi is relatively hyperactive rather than absolutely excessive. Therefore, although signs of hyperactivity of fire are common, they are actually caused by Yin deficiency. Yin deficiency creates the illusion of Yang excess and manifests a series of heat symptoms, such as dry mouth and throat, dry and sore throat, fever in the five hearts, red cheeks, night sweats, insomnia, red tongue with no or little tongue coating, and a thin and rapid pulse, which are easily seen in daily life. The principles of treatment should be to promote the production of body fluids and nourish blood, nourish yin and reduce fire. How do you know if you have real fire or false fire? 1. Look at urine If the urine is yellow in color and has a strong odor and the tongue is red, it is a sign of real fire. If the urine is light in color and clear, it means there is cold in the body and it is a false fire. 2. Look at the stool Dry and hard stools and a red tongue indicate real fire; dry and hard stools, a pale tongue and a white tongue coating indicate false fire; loose and soft stools or diarrhea indicate that there is cold in the body, which is false fire. 3. Look at the fever If your body has symptoms of fever and the body temperature exceeds 37.5℃, your whole body is hot and you are thirsty, this is internal heat and it is called real fire. If your hands and feet are cold and your body is hot and cold and you don't want to drink water when you have fever, this means there is cold in the body and it is called false fire. 4. Getting angry in winter is mostly related to physical constitution: Although everyone is prone to getting angry in winter, whether it is real or false fire, it is more likely to affect people with yin deficiency, qi stagnation, and damp-heat constitutions. If you have any of these three body types, you should be more careful about getting a sore throat in winter. People with Yin deficiency constitution often feel hot hands and soles of feet, flushed or reddish cheeks, cannot tolerate the summer heat, often feel dry eyes, dry mouth and throat, always want to drink water, have an irritable temperament, and have a reddish tongue with less coating. People of this type usually have insufficient body fluids, and the dry climate in winter makes it more likely that the body fluids will be damaged, which in turn leads to excessive fire. People with Qi stagnation constitution often feel depressed, low in mood, easily nervous, anxious, sentimental, emotionally fragile, easily afraid or easily frightened, often sigh for no reason, often have a feeling of blockage or foreign body in the throat, and are prone to insomnia. This type of person is more likely to be worried and depressed in winter, and the depression turns into fire. People with a damp-heat constitution always have shiny faces and nose tips, are prone to acne on their faces, and have itchy skin. Frequent bitter taste in the mouth, bad breath or a bad smell in the mouth, sticky and uncomfortable stools, a hot feeling when urinating, yellow urine, etc. |
