2. The left varicocele enters the renal vein at a right angle, causing a certain resistance to blood flow. The left internal spermatic vein near the left renal vein has no valve, so blood can easily flow back.

3. Compression of the internal spermatic vein by retroperitoneal hydronephrosis and other factors can cause symptomatic or secondary varicocele. The primary ones disappear quickly when lying down, while the secondary ones often do not disappear or disappear very slowly.

4. Young and middle-aged people have stronger sexual functions and the blood supply to the scrotum contents is abundant. Therefore, some varicoceles may gradually disappear with age. In addition, long-term standing and increased abdominal pressure are also factors that cause the disease.
