Mastering the necessary emergency methods can at least temporarily relieve the pain.

1. When you have a toothache, you can cut a small piece of ginger and bite it on the painful area. You can reuse it when necessary, and it is also okay to hold it in your mouth when you sleep.

2. Apply honey to the area where you have toothache. It will be healed in a few minutes and will also make your mouth smell fragrant.

3. Use a toothpick to pick up a little Yunnan Baiyao and add a drop of boiling water to make it into a paste. Then dip the toothpick in the Yunnan Baiyao paste and apply it to the painful area. Generally, the pain will stop after 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Hold aloe vera in your mouth: Cut a small piece of aloe vera, peel off the skin, and hold the pulp containing sticky liquid in the painful area. It will relieve itself in 2 to 3 hours.

5. Ice compress: Just like treating a bruise, applying ice to the cheek where the toothache occurs can relieve the pain. Apply for 15 minutes each time, at least 3 to 4 times a day.

6. Take 9g of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, 6g of camphor and Piper longum, add 200ml of water, decoct in water to extract juice, apply the solution with a sterilized cotton swab to the affected area, soak a cotton ball with the solution and place it between the upper and lower teeth of the affected area and bite tightly. Generally, the pain can be relieved after 15 to 30 minutes, and it can be repeated 3 to 5 times.

7. Gargle with salt water: Take 1 spoon of salt and half a cup of boiling water, stir to dissolve the salt. Rinse your mouth frequently after cooling down to relieve the immediate pain. Because salt water can not only remove food residues in the mouth, but also eliminate bacteria and detoxify.

8. Take 100 grams of ordinary white wine and put it in a teacup, add 10 grams of salt; stir, and after the salt is dissolved, put it on the stove and boil it. Hold a mouthful of it at the painful area, be careful not to swallow it, and the toothache will stop immediately.

9. Take 10 lychees, stuff a little salt into their flesh, simmer until dry, grind into powder, and rub on the painful area.

10. Take 120g of aged vinegar and 30g of peppercorns, boil for 10 minutes, hold it in your mouth for 3-5 minutes after it becomes wet, and spit it out (do not swallow it), which can relieve toothache.

11. Take an appropriate amount of garlic, mash it, and apply it to the painful area after warming it to relieve symptoms such as pulpitis, periodontitis and toothache.

13. Take an appropriate amount of beehive, add an appropriate amount of pure alcohol, light it on fire, and when the beehive burns into black ash, dip your finger in the ash and apply it to the affected tooth. It usually takes 4 to 5 minutes to relieve the pain.

14. Take garlic, mash it, apply it to the painful area after warming it up to treat symptoms such as pulpitis, periodontitis and toothache.

15. Dissolve MSG in warm water at a concentration of 1:50, hold the solution in your mouth for a while and then spit it out. Do this several times in a row, and after two days the toothache will be cured.
