How to make ice cream with ice cream powder

Put the liquid in a container that can be placed flat in the refrigerator;

Pour the ice cream powder into the liquid and dissolve it, stirring continuously until it is smooth, the smoother the better;

Put it in the freezer for 8-10 hours, and it will be completely frozen when you take it out;

Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to allow the ice cream to melt (soften) slightly and be easily cut into seven or eight small frozen cubes;

Put the small frozen cubes into the container you plan to whip, or whip them directly with a whisk. I don't have a whisk, so I put it in a food processor and started beating it;

After beating for about 2-3 minutes, the ice cream will become lighter in color and larger in volume, looking like whipped cream.

If you like soft ice cream, beat it for a little longer to make it fluffy. If you like hard ice cream, just beat it for a little longer, leaving some ice so it tastes a little grainy.

After beating, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. You can make it into your favorite shape and eat it next time!

How to make ice cream with ice cream powder

1. Ice cream powder, milk, whisk (or spoon), a container of suitable size that can be placed in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, weigh

2. Weigh 250g of milk

3. Add a bag of ice cream powder (I put it according to the proportion on the back of the ice cream powder I bought. The proportions of different brands may be different)

4. Use a whisk to mix evenly until there are no particles.

5. Let it sit for 15 minutes (to allow the ice cream powder to fully dissolve) and stir again to make sure it is evenly mixed before putting it in the refrigerator to freeze

6. After freezing for 1.5 hours, take it out and stir it once. There will be a little ice chips at this time. Try to break them up and continue freezing.

7. Take it out and stir it again after 2 hours. There will be a lot of ice chips and it will be harder than last time. Use a spoon to break up the whole ice and break up the ice chips. Continue freezing. Stir it again after 2 hours. Stir it 3-5 times in total.

8. Stir until smooth and continue freezing

9. Use a concave spoon to scrape the ball when eating. A scoop is best.

10. I have seen how the ice cream vendors scrape the handles. You can try it yourself. Before scraping, you need to dip the spoon in water so that it does not stick to the spoon.

11. Eat it quickly. Homemade ice cream does not have any stabilizers, so it melts easily.
