What to do if the skin t zone is dark yellow

The condition of the skin is something that people attach great importance to, because for most people the condition of the skin affects their image. Only fair and shiny skin can make a person look more beautiful and lovely. Therefore, solving skin problems is something that many people care about. For example, the T-zone of the skin is a part that is prone to changes. Let’s see what to do if the T-zone of the skin is dark and yellow?

The T zone refers to the forehead and nose, which are prone to oiliness, especially the forehead and the wings of the nose, and its shape is very similar to a capital T, so it is called the T zone. Because it is prone to oiliness, it can easily cause dark yellow skin tone in the T-zone.

The T-zone is often the most difficult corner of the skin to take care of. The skin color of the T zone is very different from that of other parts of the body. Its biggest characteristics are: first, it is oily and lacks water; second, the stratum corneum is relatively thick; third, the T zone is often an avoidance area for skin care.

The T-zone becomes oily and dark yellow, which is actually a cause and effect reaction. It is because of the oil secretion in the T-zone that the oil clogs the pores, causing the skin to be unable to accept external moisture and nutrients. If this continues for a long time, the skin color will gradually become sallow, dull, and lusterless. In addition, there may be a series of other skin reactions, such as acne and peeling.

To improve the dark yellowness of the T zone, we must naturally start from these 3 aspects:

1. When applying whitening and nutrient water every day, you can apply more on the T-zone. It can not only replenish water, but also often has some oil-control effect.

2. Secondly, the frequency of exfoliation in the T zone should be increased more than other parts, but don’t exfoliate too much at once. You should “eat small and frequent meals”. If other parts of the body are exfoliated once every half a month, then the T zone should be exfoliated once a week.

3. Finally, when applying lotion and sunscreen products, don’t be too stingy with the T-zone every time. It will always be in a state of lack of supply and barrier, so it will naturally not be bright.

When improving dull skin, don't just pay attention to whitening and maintaining the skin on the outside, but also take into account the body's nourishment. Taking vitamin C lozenges or eating more foods rich in vitamin C can make whitening more thorough.
