How to use ginger to rub your scalp

Ginger is an indispensable ingredient in cooking, and it is also an ingredient that has many benefits to human health. Such a small piece of ginger has the effect of promoting hair growth. Especially in today's society, young people are under great work pressure, and hair loss is very common, so everyone wants to try rubbing ginger on the scalp to grow hair, but how to use ginger on the scalp effectively? Let’s take a look together below.

1. Buy ginger: Buy fresh ginger, preferably long strips, which are convenient to hold;

2. Prepare ginger: Wash and peel the front end of the ginger stick where it touches the scalp;

3. Apply ginger: Consider the entire head as consisting of four sides: top, left, right, and back. Apply the top first, then the left and right sides, and finally the back.

Apply on the top: Use a comb to separate a slit in the middle of the forehead, and rub from front to back along the middle slit where the scalp is exposed. Then, use a comb to separate the hair 1-1.5 cm to the left of the middle slit, and rub along the new slit. Apply on the left side in turn, and then apply on the right side in the same way. The top is done;

Apply on the left side: Divide the hair on the left side of the scalp from front to back, apply on the upper head seam first, then gradually apply on the gaps downwards. The hair that jumps out can be fixed with a clip;

Paint the right side: same as the left side.

Apply on the back: The parting of the hair at the back is a bit like the above, first in the middle and then on both sides.

Following the above method, you don’t need to shave your hair and you can apply fresh ginger all over your hair.

4 Ginger can indeed promote hair growth, but you must pay attention to its usage and dosage when using ginger , because while ginger stimulates the hair follicles, excessive stimulation may also cause the hair follicles to become allergic skin.

5 I remember a friend asked about this issue not long ago:

He used too much ginger and may not have controlled the strength well, which caused damage to his scalp and led to folliculitis, resulting in a lot of small pimples.

It is best to cut a small piece of raw ginger and gently rub it on your scalp after washing your hair and drying it. Generally, it is enough to feel a slight warmth on your scalp.
